The list of international sponsors of the war was closed
The decision to close the list was made due to the “lack of a legal basis for maintaining the list.”
The Cabinet of Ministers decided to close the list of “international war sponsors” on the website of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP). This was reported in the press center of the Cabinet of Ministers.
This decision was taken after the report of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the lack of a regulatory framework for the existence of such a list. The agency also emphasized the “negative influence of the list on the adoption of some decisions.”
The Ministry of Justice emphasized the inadmissibility of disseminating such information on behalf of the state without resolving the issues at the legislative level.
At the same time, the representatives of the NACP noted that there is no need for additional institutions to implement the sanctions policy, since all comprehensive information on this issue is included in the State Register of Sanctions.
Now the page of “international sponsors of war” on the website of the NACP will redirect to the website of the State Register of Sanctions.
