The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is confident that Russia will withdraw from the Grain Agreement
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine believes that the Russian Federation will withdraw from the Grain Agreement in July.
Most likely, Russia will withdraw from the Black Sea Initiative in July. Olga Trofimtseva, ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on special assignments, stated this in Telegram.
This decision of the Russians is facilitated by the completion of the construction of the terminal for the export of ammonia. At the same time, the victory in the elections of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan frees the terrorist country from the need to do him a favor.
“This means that the Tolyatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline is no longer so important. The Ministry of Infrastructure says that there is a plan B. If we are talking about 20 million hryvnias allocated for compensation for damage to ships, then this is very little. Currently, it is necessary to actively develop alternative ways,” noted Trofimtseva.
