The new Head of the port of Chornomorsk commenced work

Vyacheslav Voloshin, the new Head of the SE “CSP Chornomorsk”, got into office on January 5th.
At the end of December, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the appointment of Vyacheslav Voloshin as Acting Director of the State Enterprise “Commercial Sea Port Chornomorsk”.
Voloshin headed the Black Sea branch of the USPA from 2017 to 2019. He has two degrees: in 1998 he graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in Business Economics, and in 2009 – from the Odesa National Maritime University with a degree in Organization of Transportation and Transport Management.
From 2006 to 2014, he headed the State Enterprise “Maritime Safety Agency”. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Oschadbank and PJSC Ukreximbank. In 2021, he headed the branch of the state institution “State Hydrography” “Dnipro District of the State Hydrography”.
