The oil and fat plant in Chornomorsk was privatized for almost UAH 700 million

Poltava-Zerno bought Illichivskyi oil and fat plant in Odesa Region. The main beneficiary of the enterprise is “Kernel”.

At the privatization auction, the sale of “Illichivskyi oil and fat plant” in Chornomorsk took place. The plant was purchased by the Poltava-Zerno company for UAH 696.6 million. The company will own a plot of land with an area of 8.58 hectares, administrative and commercial buildings, equipment and 3 vehicles. The corresponding lot is placed in the “Prozorro.Prodazhi” system.

The main beneficiary of the Poltava-Zerno enterprise is Kernel-Trade (95% of the shares), 5% of the shares belong to the Asset Management Company “Progressive Investment Strategies” LLC (the sole beneficiary of “Ukragrobusiness”).

We will remind you that in 2021 the Commercial Court of Odesa Oblast recognized PJSC “Illichivskyi oil and fat plant” as bankrupt and opened the liquidation procedure. It is noted that the company had payables of over UAH 1.6 billion.
