The United States have imposed sanctions against more than 10 Russian ship repair plants and shipyards

The United States has imposed sanctions against more than 10 Russian companies that build and maintain the military fleet of the invaders.

The US Treasury Department published a list of new sanctioned enterprises on Wednesday, June 12.

So, under the new sanctions of the United States came:

Ship repair plant of the Black Sea Fleet of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation — serves minesweepers, corvettes, frigates and other warships.

JSC “Shipbuilding Plant named after B. E. Butoma”, located in the Russian-occupied Crimea. Builds ships for the Black Sea Fleet of Russia.

“Bilogorod Shipyard Shipyard” LLC is engaged in the manufacture of mooring complexes and crane vessels, as well as the sale of products to Russian military customers.

JSC “Central design bureau for hydrofoils named after Alekseev” is engaged in the production of high-speed vessels, hydrofoils, hovercraft, and amphibious platforms.

CJSC “Zavod Krizo” produces electrical equipment for the Russian Navy, including products installed on surface ships and submarines.

CJSC “Nova Era” is engaged in the production of power supply systems for ships and vessels of the Russian Navy.

JSC “Tizol” is engaged in the production of non-combustible insulating materials and fire protection systems for shipbuilding, including military projects.

JSC “Center of Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Technologies” is a shipbuilding company that provides support for the design and construction of warships, as well as manufactures fittings for all types of ships and vessels.

“Prometey” LLC “Scientific and Production Association of Structural Materials” – produces ship fittings, deck equipment, as well as various marine equipment, including pneumatic tanks, towers, hatches, steering machines, and sells its products to Russian military customers.

LLC “Advent Scientific and Production Company” — is engaged in the production of rotary support devices and ship structures for customers, including for Russian state institutions.

“Volgograd Shipyard” LLC produces ship portholes, hatches, viaducts, valves for ventilation and air conditioning systems, which are used to equip Russian military surface vessels and ships.

“Valcom” LLC develops and manufactures high-precision intelligent sensors and complex automation systems for specialized vessels, including icebreakers and naval vessels.

Public joint-stock company “Surface” – produces automated underwater radio stations.

OJSC “Shiprepair and Shipbuilding Corporation” — engages in the manufacture, repair and maintenance of ships and related equipment for the Russian Navy.

“Troytskyi Kranovy Zavod” LLC produces special equipment for shipbuilding and ship repair and sells its products to Russian military customers.

CJSC “Voronezh Central Design Bureau “Polyus”” is engaged in the development and production of radio control equipment used in the armament of the Russian army and navy.

“Kingisep Machine-Building Plant” LLC develops unmanned kamikaze boats.

USM previously reported that the EU, following the US, proposes imposing sanctions on Russia’s largest shipping company, “Sovcomflot”, and 14 oil tankers associated with this company.
