The ninth day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion has begun.

As of 06:20 on March 4th, the fire in the training building of the Zaporizhzhia NPP in the city of Enerhodar was eliminated. There are no casualties or victims.

In the Black Sea, a group of Russian occupants has withdrawn from naval bases with the task of striking Ukrainian naval surface forces.

Also, the enemy continues to prepare for the landing of amphibious warfare in the areas of Zatoka and the city of Chornomorsk. The groups are covered by a detachment of fire support ships and a missile boat strike group.

To suppress the antiamphibious defense system of Ukraine on the Black Sea coast, the involvement of Su-24M bombers was noted and the drop of RBC-500 cluster bombs was recorded. The cover was supplied with Su-30SM fighters.

The main efforts of the invaders are focused on the encirclement of Kyiv and the weakening of resistance in the blocked settlements. In the course of carrying out this task, the groupings of the Armed Forces of Russian Federation exhausted the bulk of the operational reserves and began training additional forces and assets from the Southern and Eastern military districts. The remaining echelons and most of the operational reserves of the occupying groupings have been put into operation.

In the Volyn direction, the enemy, using the forces of two tactical groups moved into defensive actions in the areas of Poliske and Kukhari. It is not ruled out that the occupant will carry out armed provocations on the border in order to draw the armed forces of Belarus into the war against Ukraine.

In the Polesia direction, the group of invaders, consisting of military units of the Eastern Military District, with the forces of up to fifteen tactical groups, to conduct an offensive operation in the Kozarovichi zone, Vyshhorod Fastov, Obukhiv, concentrating efforts in the direction of Bishev, Ukrainka. In the struggle for borders in the area of ​​​​the settlements of Poliske, Povara, Borodianka, Bishev, Horenichi, Demidov, the enemy partially lost its offensive potential.

The main enemy forces are blocked and stopped in the Makarov area. The invaders withdrew from Bucha and the Hostomel airfield.

The grouping of troops of the Central Military District with forces of up to fourteen armored personnel carriers, as well as the 14th army district of the Northern Fleet, to conduct an offensive operation in the Oster, Zazimya zone; Berezan, Vyshenky, concentrating efforts on the directions of Kyiv. At the same time, the enemy is regrouping to continue the offensive in the direction of Brovary.

In the Slobozhansky direction, the grouping of troops of the Western Military District with the forces of up to sixteen tactical groups conducts an offensive operation, concentrating efforts on the direction of Novomoskovsk. Blocks Kharkiv from the north. Capturing Balakleya. The enemy was unsuccessful near Akhtyrka and concentrated its main forces near Hadiach and Zenkiv.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy grouping with the forces of the 1st and 2nd army corps, reinforced by the seven armored personnel carriers from the 8th army, continues offensive operations to develop tactical success in the Novoaidar, Volnovakha and Mariupol directions, went to the settlement of Novooleksandrivka. In the Tavrichesk direction, the enemy, with up to fifteen BTGr, concentrated its efforts in the Nikolayev-Voznesensk direction. After regrouping and entering part of the operational reserves as part of the tactical groups, it continues its offensive in the direction of Zaporizhzhya, with part of its forces advancing towards Mariupol. The Russian Armed Forces’ airborne assault units are noted to have entered the operation in the direction of Mykolaiv.

The occupiers were stopped in the Mykolaiv direction, but had partial success in the direction of Voznesensk.
