Two sea mines were destroyed in Odesa Region

Two drifting anti-ship mines were eliminated near the coast of Odesa.

The observation post of the Defense Forces of Ukraine detected two drifting mines today, January 7. A special demining group of the Navy of Ukraine quickly neutralized dangerous explosive devices, the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in Telegram.

Over the past week, 4 anti-ship mines have already been eliminated in the Odesa region. They are thrown to the coast by a storm, which creates a danger for coastal buildings and the civilian population.
