Ukraine has exported 35 million tons of grain since the beginning of the season


Since the beginning of the 2024/25 MY, Ukraine has exported 35 million tons of grain and leguminous crops.

As of April 30, Ukraine has exported 35.093 million tons of grain since the beginning of the marketing year, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

Of these, 2.26 million tons have been shipped since the beginning of April. As of April 29 last year, the total shipment figure was 40.7 million tons.

In particular, since the beginning of the season, the following have been exported:

• 13.8 million tons of wheat (versus 15.5 million tons in the 2023/24 MY);

• 2.26 million tons of barley (versus 2.18 million tons);

• 10.8 thousand tons of rye (versus 1.2 thousand tons);

• 18.43 million tons of corn (versus 22.5 million tons).

Total Ukrainian flour exports as of April 30 are estimated at 58.4 thousand tons (in 2023/24 MY — 86 thousand tons), including wheat — 54.2 thousand tons (versus 81.3 thousand tons). USM previously reported that Ukrainian exporters have mastered new markets thanks to the maritime corridor.
