Ukrainian carriers are protesting at the border with Poland
The protest action began on Thursday, February 15, near the Jagodzin-Dorogusk checkpoint in response to Polish farmers blocking the movement of trucks.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., Ukrainian carriers started a protest in Jagodzin, Suspilne writes.
On the trucks, the drivers placed posters with inscriptions in Ukrainian, Polish and English, calling for an end to the blockade at the borders.
Law enforcement officers are on duty at the place of the action.
The protestors plan to stop and obstruct the movement of Polish truck drivers in Ukraine who bypass the general queue at the Dorogusk-Jagodzin checkpoint.
We remind you that the duration of protests by Ukrainian carriers will depend on the situation on the Polish side of the border. The passage of regular buses at the checkpoint is not blocked.
As previously reported by USM, on February 20, Polish farmers plan to block all checkpoints on the border with Ukraine, as well as the entrances to railways and seaports.
