We remind you that the seafarer’s record book is the main document certifying the seafarer’s work experience on the ship. This data is necessary to confirm qualifications or assign a title.

It will be recalled that in February the Shipping Administration signed an agreement with the Ministry of Transport of Spain. Thanks to the agreement, Ukrainian sailors can get a Spanish confirmation of their diploma or specialist certificate.
