Young Ukrainian yachtsmen won medals at the Young Europeans Sailing 2023 international regatta.
The regatta was held in the German city of Kiel, the Ministry of Youth and Sports reported .
Oskar Madonic was the winner of the eight-race regatta in the ILCA 7 class.
Dmytro Karabajak won the ILCA class 6 regatta among 78 participants after six races.
Semen Khashchyna took second place in the ILCA 6 class.
It will be recalled that in February Odesa yachtsman Sviatoslav Madonich became the winner of the “XV Trofeo Euromarina” youth international regatta in the “Optimist” class in the Spanish city of Torrevieja. 423 athletes from 24 countries took part in the competition.
