“Kernel” purchased sea vessels for the transportation of grain and oil

Agroholding “Kernel” purchased two sea vessels for the transportation of grain cargoes and oil.

In the 2023 fiscal year, the company bought two vessels, reports Latifundist with reference to the company’s report for the 2023 fiscal year (July 2022 – June 2023).

So, from now on “Kernel” owns and operates the 23-year-old bulker “Eneida” (col. Bosphorus Prince) with a deadweight of 45,572 tons, as well as the 19-year-old tanker “Mavka” with a deadweight of 13,586 tons. Both vessels operate under the flag of Liberia.

“Exercising full control over the entire value chain (from silos to wagons to port terminals and vessels) allows us to increase efficiency and reduce export logistics costs,” the company commented.
