The Polish government has confirmed that Ukrainian grain, through which Polish farmers are blocking the border, does not remain in the country, but goes through transit.
Ukrainian grain, due to which the border is blocked, does not remain in the country, said Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Poland Michal Kolodziejczak, PAP reports.
He suggested that farmers “protest at another border, not necessarily the Ukrainian one.”
Kolodziejczak emphasized that Ukrainian grain goes through the territory of Poland in transit, and is not imported.
“No wheat, no corn, no rape. This product does not stay here,” he said.
The deputy minister also said that in recent weeks he had received reports about the alleged unloading of Ukrainian products in Poland. But none of these reports have been confirmed.
Earlier, USM reported that JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” commented on the incident with Ukrainian grain scattered by Polish protesters at the border.
According to the Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development, Oleksandr Kubrakov, scattered Ukrainian grain on railway tracks in Poland is another political provocation aimed at dividing our peoples.
