The Russian bulk carrier again loaded stolen grain in Sevastopol
The offending vessel received a cargo of wheat stolen from Ukrainian farmers in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol.
The Russian bulk carrier San Severus (IMO: 9385233) was loaded with stolen wheat at the Avlita grain terminal in Sevastopol from September 13 to 17. This was reported by SeaKrime project journalist Kateryna Yaresko.
This time, the occupiers loaded 17,185 tons of stolen grain onto the ship.
The offender indicates that he is allegedly going to the Libyan port of Tripoli. However, his cargo is intended for a state-owned Syrian company. San Severus engages in GPS spoofing while transporting grain.
The exporter of the stolen wheat is the Russian company “Pallada” (TIN 6161095847).
USM recently wrote that Russia earned up to $6 billion from stolen Ukrainian grain.
