Russia reinforces Black Sea Fleet base in Sevastopol with unmanned boats

Agents of Crimean Wind have identified a training ground and the location of unmanned surface boats in occupied Sevastopol.
Russia is forming units of unmanned surface boats (USB) at naval bases, in particular in occupied Sevastopol. This is reported by Crimean Wind.

The naval drones are intended to patrol the water area and repel attacks by Ukrainian unmanned boats.
According to OSINT intelligence, the USB test base is located on the northern side of Sevastopol – at the Mokrousov recreation center. During the tests, the Russians involved divers, and representatives of the developer and manufacturer were noticed on the territory.

The facility has berths and enhanced perimeter protection: firing points, posts on roofs and piers, patrols and a video surveillance system.
The location is approximately 4 km from the entrance to the Sevastopol Bay, where the remains of the Russian Black Sea Fleet’s naval fleet are sheltering. While the boom barriers are being restored, the entrance to the bay is additionally guarded by boats of various types, including the artillery project 1204 “Bumblebee” and the anti-sabotage “Grachonok”.

The day before, USM wrote that the Russian Federation is trying to restore the boom barriers at the entrance to the Sevastopol Bay, which were blown away by a storm.
