The Ministry of Development and Trade has updated the instructions for applicants for a concession in the port of Chornomorsk

In addition to updating the instructions, the deadlines for submitting applications within the framework of the competition to determine the investor for the concession of terminals in the port of Chornomorsk have also been extended.
This was reported by the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
The competition commission, which will determine the investor of the public-private partnership for the two terminals of the port of Chornomorsk, approved changes to the Instructions for Applicants and the List of Monitoring Measures, which were subsequently approved by the concessionaire.
“In connection with the update of the competition documentation, the deadlines for the stage of preliminary selection of applicants have been extended. In particular, the deadline for submitting applications is 45 days from the date of publication of the updated instructions for applicants. Accordingly, the final date for submitting applications is March 22, 2026,” the message says.
The deadline for submitting a package of documents for monitoring has also been extended — it is 75 days from the date of publication of the announcement of the competitive dialogue. The deadline for submitting documents for monitoring is March 4, 2026.
