Russia reports fire in Taman port after nighttime UAV attack

In Russia, a fire broke out on the territory of an enterprise near the port of Taman, one of the key nodes for the sea export of Russian energy resources, after a drone attack.
On the night of May 13, drones attacked the port in Taman, Krasnodar Territory, Russia, which is one of the important hubs for the sea export of oil and petroleum products. This is reported by OSINT communities.
The operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory confirmed the attack and announced that the “fragments” of the drone fell on the territory of one of the enterprises in the Temryuk district. The port of Taman is located in this area. According to the official version, as a result of the falling debris, “equipment caught fire”. About 100 rescuers were involved in extinguishing the fire.
At the same time, Russian media reports that the fire broke out in the area of the Tamanneftegaz tank farm, an oil terminal that provides transshipment of oil and petroleum products in the port of Taman on the Black Sea. After the partial redirection of export flows from Novorossiysk, this terminal has become one of the key for seaborne exports of Russian energy resources.
In addition to Taman, there are reports of damage to facilities in the interior of Russia. The Governor of the Yaroslavl Region, Mikhail Evraev, stated that one of the drones hit an industrial facility in Yaroslavl, although most of the drones, according to him, were intercepted on their approach to the city.
In Bashkortostan, according to OSINT sources, a fire broke out at the Nurlyno linear production and dispatching station. It is part of the Transneft main oil pipeline system and ensures the transportation of oil from the Urals and Western Siberia to the south of the Russian Federation, in particular towards Novorossiysk, Tuapse, Taman and southern oil refineries.
The Defense Forces also recently attacked a Russian missile ship in Dagestan.
