The State Regulatory Service has agreed on the amendments of the MIU to the project on the admission of private traction

The State Regulatory Service has approved the amendments of the Ministry of Infrastructure to the draft order on the admission of private locomotives to work on the railways of Ukraine.

According to the GMK Center, this is witnessed by the corresponding decision published on the service website.

Earlier, in the end of April, the State Regulatory Service blocked MIU edits to the draft order on the admission of private traction. It is reported that the text of the bill itself has not been changed for all this time.

It is also worth noting that the order may soon be published by the Ministry of Infrastructure and, accordingly, come into force.
