Agricultural company evaded taxes when exporting grain from the port of Odesa region

The exporting company has already reimbursed UAH 21.6 million to the state budget.
This was reported by the Territorial Department of the Bureau of Economic Security in the Odesa region.
The commercial director of the agricultural enterprise intentionally did not declare in 2024 the income received from the export of 6.6 thousand tons of sunflower meal and 5.3 thousand tons of soybeans.
“Products with a total value of almost UAH 120 million were exported by sea through one of the ports of the Odesa region to Turkey,” the Bureau of Economic Security reported.
During the investigative actions, it was established that the actual volume of products sold and the real income of the enterprise turned out to be significantly higher than indicated in the financial documentation.
The enterprise caused losses to the state budget of almost UAH 21.6 million.
