Another vessel with Ukrainian grain arrived in Turkey from Chornomorsk

Dry cargo with Ukrainian grain reached the territorial waters of Turkey through a temporary corridor without incident.

On the morning of September 24, the second ship with Ukrainian grain passed through the temporary corridor and arrived in Turkey. France24 writes about this with reference to Marine Traffic and Vessel Finder data.

We are talking about the dry cargo Aroyat under the flag of Palau. 17,600 tons of wheat were loaded onto the ship in the port of Chornomorsk. Aroyat left the port on September 22. In the future, the dry cargo will pass through the Dardanelles and go to Egypt.

It will be recalled that after Russia’s withdrawal from the Grain Agreement, the Navy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces offered a temporary sea corridor for the export of agricultural products. The new route avoids the use of international waters and passes through waters controlled by NATO members Bulgaria and Romania.
