The United States spoke at the UN for the expansion of the Black Sea Grain Initiative. According to the country’s government, Russia is using the Grain Agreement to achieve its goals in the war against Ukraine.

Russia is blackmailing the world by disrupting the Black Sea grain initiative. At the same time, its own exports doubled.

Due to interruptions in the work of the Grain Agreement, a significant decrease in grain unloading rates from railcars was recorded in the ports of Great Odesa.

The Government of Hungary canceled the requirements regarding the stay of transit Ukrainian grain on the territory of the state for no more than 7 days.

“Ukrainian Danube Shipping” is considering the possibility of expanding its grain transshipment complex. The company plans to open a new infrastructure in Izmail.

Kyiv does not exclude the termination of the Black Sea grain initiative after May 18.

The United Nations (UN) has no backup plan in case Russia pulls out of the “grain initiative.”

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, believes that there is “politics” in the decisions regarding the ban on the import of Ukrainian agricultural products.

The checkpoint “Jagodzin-Dorohusk” on the border with Poland was unblocked for the passage of trucks.

In the current season, Ukraine exported more than 43 million tons of grain.
