The remains of an unmanned aerial vehicle were discovered on the water by a resident of the village of Lebedivka in the Kyiv region during a walk.

Divers-sapper retrieved the wreckage of the UAV from the Kyiv reservoir. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

After the remains of the enemy drone were discovered, divers-sapper of the Mobile Rescue Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine immediately arrived at the scene. Emergency workers examined the water area and removed the wreckage from the reservoir.

The State Emergency Service called on civilians not to film falling missiles or drones so as not to endanger themselves and others. At the same time, it is necessary to immediately report such incidents to rescuers by calling “101”.

In turn, emergency workers warn citizens not to approach the crash site and prohibit touching the wreckage. They can be dangerous and require neutralization by specialists.

As USM wrote, representatives of the Navy’s Control Center previously described how mine-suppression divers are protecting cargo ships and infrastructure along the sea corridor.
