Grain theft: Ukraine asks Turkey to arrest the ship
A ship with stolen Ukrainian grain, which was delivered from occupied Kerch, entered the port of Turkey.
Ukraine asks Turkey to arrest the ship that delivered 19,000 tons of stolen grain to the port of Samsun. The bulker entered the port of Samsun on Monday, April 17, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The ship was loaded at the anchorage of the port of Kavkaz, grain was delivered from occupied Kerch.
Interestingly, in January 2023, this very vessel was also involved in the export of Ukrainian agricultural products through the “grain corridor”.
The bulk carrier Bomustafa O (IMO: 9114476) is sailing under the flag of Panama. The ship was built in 1995. Deadweight — 24,173 tons.
