More than 3,000 trucks are waiting in line at the border between Poland and Ukraine
More than 3,000 trucks stand in queues at the Polish-Ukrainian border.
Traffic is blocked at four checkpoints. About 3,300 trucks are there, Andrii Demchenko, spokesman for the State Border Service, said on the air of the telethon.
He specified that the largest number of trucks is observed in front of the “Shehyni” pass – 1,200 units, as well as “Rava-Ruska” – about 850. In other directions, the queues are slightly smaller.
The most complicated traffic of trucks is currently recorded in the direction of “Jagodzin” and “Rava-Ruska”.
Cars move most actively in the direction of “Krakivets”, but the traffic intensity is still lower than that observed until November 6.
Previously, about 1,200-1,300 trucks crossed the Jagodzin checkpoint in both directions. Now this figure is only 160 trucks per day.
We will remind you that a few days ago a video appeared on the Internet, where Ukrainian trucks loaded on counter-rail platforms are moving along the railway. The UZ explained that this is another way to deal with the blockade by Polish carriers.
