Nibulon and Raiffeisen Bank signed a loan restructuring agreement for $45 million

Ukrainian agricultural holding “Nibulon” and Raiffeisen Bank – Aval signed a bilateral loan restructuring agreement in the amount of $45 million.

The agreement provides for the restructuring of the loan for a period of 6 years, Nibulon reported.

“We all remember the impressive shots of four 500 kg aerial bombs hitting the grain terminal of the Kozatska branch in the Kherson region and the subsequent flood that befell it as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP. Understanding this fact gives us an opportunity to understand the level of trust from the bank to Nibulon, which the company receives along with the restructuring,” commented the financial director of the agricultural holding, Iryna Levkivska.

“Nibulon” has more than 25 Ukrainian and foreign creditors, of which the absolute majority have already supported and signed the restructuring terms.
