On the “Diya” portal, you can now cancel reservations for military personnel

The “Diya” portal has launched a reservation cancellation service for military-duty employees.

Now, an enterprise can cancel an employee’s reservation and, for example, grant a deferral to another online, without delays and errors, “Diya” announced.

The service is available to managers and authorized persons of companies.

How to cancel an employee’s reservation on the “Diya” portal?

• log in to the portal with the electronic signature of a legal entity;

• select the employee reservation cancellation service;

• submit an application with employee data for cancellation;

• check the application and sign it with an electronic signature;

• expect the result within 24 hours – by email and in your personal account.

You can apply for cancellation only once every 30 days. And if the company loses its criticality status, the reservation is canceled automatically.

In October 2024, the government allowed cancellation of reservations for critical enterprises.

Earlier, USM reported that the business discussed the concept of an economic reservation model. Such a model will allow shifting the mobilization burden to the shadow economy.

The Ukrainian Grain Association also appealed to the government to approve economic reservation. The Association emphasized that the work of agro-industrial enterprises is impossible without qualified personnel with a narrow specialty.

We will remind, in May it became known that the agricultural holding “Nibulon” cannot retain all the necessary employees due to the imperfection of the current reservation format. “Nibulon” called for a change in the reservation format, because the 50% option no longer works.Also, the Minister of Agricultural Policy Taras Vysotskyi said that agricultural sector workers will be reserved for a year.
