Russian generals ordered to mine the grain corridor

The Security Service has gathered evidence on two more officials of the high command of the Russian troops who committed war crimes against the civilian population of Ukraine.

It is about:

• Vice Admiral Serhii Pinchuk – First Deputy Commander – Chief of Staff of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy;

• Major General Oleg Pchela – Deputy Commander of Long-range Aviation of the Air and Space Forces of the Armed Forces of Russia.

Both officials gave orders for missile strikes on civilian and critical infrastructure of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, Oleg Pchela and Serhiy Pinchuk are among the organizers of massive missile attacks on Ukraine from October 10, 2022 to January 2023.

During this time, the occupiers fired dozens of air- and sea-based cruise missiles of the Kh-101 type, 3M14 “Kalibr” and the Kh-22 supersonic missile at the objects of the energy infrastructure of Ukraine.

As a result of enemy attacks, more than 50 civilians died, and more than 110 were seriously injured. Among the dead and hospitalized were minor children.

According to available information, Serhii Pinchuk also ordered the sea route from the Bosphorus to Odesa to be replaced in order to block the “grain corridor”. Also, this Russian admiral personally commanded the shelling of port infrastructure and coastal facilities of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.

In this way, the rashists hoped to disrupt the export of Ukrainian agricultural products, as well as to destroy the logistics centers of their transportation and storage.

Comprehensive measures are underway to bring both perpetrators to justice for committing other crimes against our state.

Earlier, USM reported that cyber specialists of the Security Service of Ukraine exposed another informant of the special services of the Russian Federation in the Mykolaiv region, who was collecting intelligence about the Defense Forces near the Black Sea.

At the beginning of the year, the SBU arrested the owner of an agricultural holding, which supplies food products for farmers on the left bank of the Kherson region.
