Russian ship “Sparta IV” again plies near the port of Tartus

The ship, which regularly transported Russian military equipment from the Syrian port after the fall of the Assad regime, was spotted again near Tartus.

This was reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist for the SeaKrime project of the Myrotvorets center.

Thus, on April 26, the Russian ship “Sparta IV” (IMO:9743033) docked at the port of Tartus immediately after arriving at the Syrian coast.

“This surprised us, because earlier ships that came to transport military property waited for a long time near the port. But the very next day, April 27, the ship was taken out of the port and is now sailing here,” Kateryna Yaresko noted.

We will recall that in early April, the “Sparta” IV ship left the Russian port of Baltiysk, officially indicating a port in Egypt as its destination, although in fact it headed for Tartus.
