The number of wagons with grain towards the ports of Great Odesa decreased
At the beginning of April, a decrease in the number of grain wagons moving to the deep-sea ports of Odesa was recorded.
Valeriy Tkachov, Deputy Director of the Department of Commercial Work of Ukrzaliznytsia, reported this.
Since the beginning of April, the rate of daily unloading of wagons with grain in the ports of Greater Odesa has fluctuated in the range of 1,200-1,540 wagons per day.
The number of wagons with grain moving in the direction of the ports of Great Odesa decreased (from 7,803 wagons to 7,479 wagons, a decrease in the availability of wagons -324 wagons or -4.15% over the last week).
A decrease in the total load of grain cargoes in the direction of the ports of Great Odesa is recorded. The average daily load of wagons on the network is 1,262 wagons/day.
In the direction of individual port terminals, we have an accumulation of wagons and abandoned trains (due to the fault of the recipient: Ukrelevator (Odesa) — 4 trains.
“The increase in unloading in the ports is hindered by constant air alarms (the personnel of the port operators are forced to stay in bomb shelters). The enemy is systematically attacking the port and energy infrastructure of Odesa region,” Valery Tkachev added.
We will remind, “Ukrzaliznytsia” set another record in March. The company transported 16 million tons of cargo.
