The rashists probably fired rockets at the dam in Kryvyi Rih
On the night of June 22, Russian troops fired “Daggers” across Ukraine, which could have been aimed at the dam in Kryvyi Rih.
Three “Daggers” did not hit the target, reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to informed sources.
According to the informed interlocutor, the invaders probably wanted to hit the Kryvyi Rih dam with these missiles.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the occupiers targeted critical infrastructure facilities.
It will be recalled that on September 14, 2022, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the dam in Kryvyi Rih. At that time, the occupiers used “Kinjal” and “Iskander” type missiles to attack hydraulic structures on the Ingulets River.
As a result of the rocket attack, the dam of the Karachuniv reservoir was damaged, and water began to leak into Ingulets. As a result of water leakage from the reservoir, the water level in the river began to rise.
Certificate. In the basin of the Ingulets River is the Kryvyi Rih iron ore basin. It is used for water supply of Kryvyi Rih, irrigation.
The basin is regulated by the Karachuniv and Iskriv reservoirs. In the upper part of the Dnipro-Ingulets canal (Svitlovodskyi and Oleksandriyskyi districts of the Kirovohrad region), Dnipro water is supplied to the Ingulets River to ensure its fullness, health and water supply to Kryvbas, a large mining center that requires a lot of water.
