The russians damaged 11 infrastructure facilities, -Shmyhal
Today, October 10, russia launched a massive missile attack on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, critical infrastructure facilities were affected.
“Today, russian terrorists are massively shelling Ukrainian cities. Civilian and critical infrastructure is under attack,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal wrote on his Twitter.
He said that, as of 11:00 a.m., the russians had damaged 11 important infrastructure facilities in eight regions and in the city of Kyiv. Some areas have been cut off.
The Prime Minister said that at the moment we need to be prepared for temporary interruptions in electricity, water supply, and communications.
“The main goal of these war criminals is to create panic, frighten, leave Ukrainians without electricity and heat. All services are working on the ground, we are promptly restoring our infrastructure,” Shmyhal stressed.
On the morning of October 10, the russians launched almost a hundred rockets over the territory of Ukraine. Ukrainian air defense shot down half of them.
In particular, the enemy directed about 20 Kalibr, Kh-101, Kh-55 cruise missiles and 4 unmanned aerial vehicles, including kamikaze drones, towards the south of Ukraine.
Air defense forces destroyed 14 cruise missiles over Mykolayiv region, 3 missiles and 4 Shahed-136 and Shahed-129 drones over Odesa region.
