Ukrainian-made combat boats were handed over to the military

Volunteers handed over GALAXY Trident 8 multipurpose combat boats to the Ukrainian military.
The first two Ukrainian Trident multipurpose combat boats were handed over to the Defense Forces. The Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation reported this.
GALAXY Trident 8 is an 8-meter-long boat with 400-horsepower engines that can carry up to 12 amphibious personnel. The ship’s speed is more than 44 knots.
2 Browning machine guns will be installed on each of the boats. Also, navigation systems, radio communication and echo sounder were integrated on the ships.
The vessels were manufactured by the Ukrainian shipbuilding company Gelex Global Group.
GALAXY boats are high-speed boats with inflatable sides, designed for professional use, manufactured in Ukraine. The hull of the ships is made of marine aluminum and treated with a layer of titanium passivation, followed by coating with paint that protects the boats from corrosion. The vessels are offered by the Ukrainian company Brig Motors.
