Undermining of the Kakhovska HPP: an investigation under the article of ecocide has been launched

Due to the fact that the occupiers blew up the Kakhovska HPP, Ukrainian law enforcement officers started an investigation under the article of ecocide.

Ukrainian investigators are conducting priority actions to fix the crime committed by the army of the aggressor country. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, a pre-trial investigation has begun in criminal proceedings on the facts of ecocide and violation of the laws and customs of war

We will remind you that on June 6, around 03:00 a.m., the Russian military blew up the Kakhovska HPP dam in the Kherson region. As a result, the water table rises and the settlements near the Dnipro River are flooded.
