Agricultural complex near the port of Pivdennyi is being sold for $2.45 million

The offer includes a 15,000-ton grain elevator, machinery, and 1,500 hectares of land.
An operating agricultural complex in the Odesa region has been put up for sale for $2.45 million, InVenture reports.
The key advantage of the asset is logistics. The enterprise and its grain elevator facilities are located just 5 km from the Pivdennyi seaport.
The offer price includes land lease rights ($1.05 million, or $700 per hectare), a production base with a grain elevator complex ($1.2 million), and a fleet of agricultural machinery ($200,000) — the latter can be sold separately. The 1,500-hectare land area is formed mainly by large fields from 20 to 150 hectares, which optimizes mechanized processing. The average term of current lease agreements is about 5 years.
The strategic element of the business is its own grain elevator for 15,000 tons of simultaneous storage. The complex consists of three floor warehouses, a Sukup dryer (16.8 t/h) and two grain cleaning lines. The property also includes an administrative building, garages, its own gas station and equipment maintenance areas on an area of 18 hectares.
The machinery and tractor fleet includes a Case MX 310 tractor, a John Deere 9670 STS combine, an Amazone DMC Primera seed drill, a JCB loader and other equipment – some of the machines are equipped with autopilot and ISOBUS navigation systems.
Earlier, USM wrote that MSC bought a 51% stake in the container terminal at the port of Pivdennyi.
