Agroholding “Nibulon” has fully formed the Board of Directors
Ukrainian agroholding Nibulon has completed the formation of the Executive Board, a key corporate governance body.
The Board of Directors includes three non-executive directors with many years of experience in the financial, agricultural and operational sectors, Nibulon reported.
New members of the Board of Directors:
• Christian Salatko. He worked for most of his career at BNP Paribas, where he held senior positions in various countries, specializing in internal audit, corporate banking, commodity trade finance, capital and human resources management. In Switzerland, he was responsible for financing in the agricultural commodity sector, and for the last four years he has been heading the department for working with key clients in Central and Eastern Europe at Wealth Management. He graduated from INALCO and IAE in France.
• Marion Lefebvre. He has over 18 years of experience in agribusiness and trade, in particular in corporate finance, financial planning, risk management and operational activities. Previously, she held the position of COO of an international agribusiness group headquartered in Switzerland. She currently works at Trafigura, a leading global trading house. She graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in France.
• Dirk Cooper. Has significant experience in trade and commodity finance. Previously, he held the position of Global Head of Energy at Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. Currently works at the same bank, responsible for financial restructuring and recovery. A Dutch citizen, he received a Master of Laws from Leiden University.
NIBULON introduced a single-tier corporate governance structure last fall. Until the composition of the Board was completed, decisions were made by the General Meeting of the company.
