Agromino plans to sell terminal and warehouse facilities in the port of Chornomorsk

Agromino agroholding is considering the possibility of selling the port operator and warehouse infrastructure in Chornomorsk.
The company explains this by the desire to free up capital for the development of key business areas. This was reported by the new CEO of the company Anastasia Vankova and the General Director of “Traygon-Export” Lyubomyr Cheban in a comment to Latifundist .
According to company representatives, the sale of assets is part of the strategy of optimizing the business and redistributing resources to the main areas of activity.
At the same time, the holding emphasizes that they do not plan to curtail work at the port of Chornomorsk. The company intends to continue to use the port infrastructure to process its own cargo.
Agromino plans to use the funds received from the sale to develop crop production, livestock farming, product storage, trading and energy projects in Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
The company does not specify the possible terms of the deal and potential buyers of the assets.
USM previously reported that Agromino became a port operator and acquired a second vessel for grain transportation.
