Ukraine has appealed to the International Maritime Organization due to the sharp deterioration in shipping safety in the Black Sea.

The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Ruslan Oliynyk and Kyrylo Fesyk as Deputy Ministers of Reconstruction, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine.
