Farmers demand explanations about the export VAT regime

UCAB has appealed to the State Tax Service of Ukraine for clarifications regarding the export tax regime, which will come into force on December 1.

Representatives of agribusiness are asking to clarify the procedure for filling out tax invoices from December 1, 2024. This was reported by the UCAB press service.

Market participants are also asking to determine the term of self-grown products, the use of units of measurement, the issue of forward contracts, the use of customs declarations and the settlement of exchange rate differences.

UKAB emphasizes the importance of obtaining clear explanations to avoid errors and ensure correct implementation of tax legislation requirements for both members of the association and their counterparties.
