Odesa Regional Military Administration announced the unshadowing of agricultural exports: what is known

The Ukrainian Grain Association, as well as “Delta Wilmar Ukraine” and “Nibulon” joined the cooperation with Odesa Regional Military Administration. The goal of unshadowing is to ensure “transparency” of supply chains.

“Odeszine is moving into a strict regime of detinization of product exports. The Ukrainian budget may lose billions of dollars offshore. Overcoming shadowy mechanisms and de-offshoreization of the economy is a difficult but necessary task for everyone,” Oleg Kiper, the head of Odesa Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram message.

According to him, the problem can be overcome under the condition of partnership and by combining the efforts of the authorities and legal business “in a win-win format.”

Thus, Regional Military Administration offers an open memorandum on cooperation between Odesa Regional Military Administration, state authorities, local self-government and business.

The signatories will have the opportunity to turn to the state in the person of Odesa Regional Military Administration for support, in particular in the development of new export infrastructure, equal conditions for doing business and for consultation on joint actions.

“The memorandum defines the strengthening of cooperation in the agricultural, transport and food sectors, strategic partnership to solve food security issues. One of the important points is to ensure the transparency of supply chains from the producer to the consumer, in particular, confirmation of the origin and quality of Ukrainian agricultural products supplied to world markets,” said the head of Odesa Regional Military Administration.

Among the signatories of the memorandum are the Ukrainian Grain Association, Delta Wilmar Ukraine LLC and Nibulon JV LLC.
