TEUS and UGA have introduced a new meeting format for logistics businesses

The Ukrainian Grain Association, together with the transport and logistics company TEUS, have introduced a new format for meetings for business with representatives of the government, ministries and organizations.

This was reported by the TEUS press service.

Thus, last week the first TEUS lunch took place, at which a conversation between business representatives and the First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine – Trade Representative Taras Kachka took place in a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The meeting was moderated by the President of the Ukrainian Grain Association Mykola Horbachyov.

Business representatives had the opportunity to informally and frankly discuss with a representative of the Ministry of Economy all the acute and topical issues of the agricultural industry.

At the meeting, they discussed the situation on the world grain market, war risk insurance for farmers and exporters, prospects for trade with the EU, possible problems in trade with neighbors due to strikes and protests, the introduction of export support and minimum export prices, etc.

“The most valuable thing in such events for business representatives is to hear the opinion and readiness for support from representatives of the authorities. Their vision of the country’s development and business support in these difficult times is inspiring and gives hope,” TEUS noted.

UZA, together with TEUS, plan to continue holding such informal meetings, at which businesses will be able to openly communicate with government representatives on the most pressing issues of the present and the future.
