The Ministry of Economy set July minimum export prices: rapeseed fell by $40/t CPT

The price of rapeseed changed the most — minus $40/t on terms of delivery to the port, to $320/t. Wheat, on the contrary, rose in price.

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine approved the minimum export prices for agricultural products for July 2026. This is evidenced by Order No. 7421 of July 10.

Rapeseed fell the most in price. Under CPT terms (delivery to the port, excluding sea freight), its minimum price fell by $40/t — to $320/t versus $360/t in June. Under FOB (with loading on board the vessel) and CIF (with sea transportation and insurance of cargo to the port of destination), the decrease was $26/t — to $462/t versus $488/t a month earlier.

Wheat, on the contrary, rose in price on all bases. For CPT, the minimum price increased by $4/t to $180/t. For FOB and CIF, the increase was more noticeable: plus $9/t, to $189/t.

For corn, the dynamics are multidirectional. For CPT, the price increased immediately by $16/t to $169/t against $153/t in June. However, for FOB and CIF, it decreased by $11/t to $183/t.

Also, the day before, USM reported that seaports provided 91% of rail grain exports at the beginning of July.
