USPA and representatives of the European Commission discussed the work of Ukrainian ports

The Head of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority held a meeting in Odesa with representatives of the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport of the European Commission (DG MOVE).
This was reported by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
The Head of the USPA Mykola Kravchuk and representatives of DG MOVE Alan Baron and Ina Miskulin discussed the work of Ukrainian ports in wartime and the current security situation.
The parties paid special attention to the implementation of the Solidarity Paths initiative.
“The Solidarity Paths initiative has already gone beyond the anti-crisis tool in response to Russia’s full-scale aggression. Today, it is an established platform for interaction that unites key participants in the process and ensures coordination of actions, agreement on decisions and joint planning of further steps,” Mykola Kravchuk noted.
According to him, it is important that this interaction continues to have practical results.
The parties also discussed further cooperation within the initiative, in particular the situation in the Danube region, coordination of technical assistance and formation of a joint strategy.
