Part of the ships of the Ukrainian Navy will be redeployed from the Black Sea to the Azov Sea


Part of the boats of the Ukrainian Naval Forces will be redeployed from the Odesa Practical Harbor to bases in Belyary (the port of Pivdennyi) and Berdyansk (the coast of the Sea of ​​Azov).

The corresponding decision was made on Wednesday, November 10th, by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko writes in his Telegram channel.

In particular, small artillery boats Lubny, Kremenchug, Vyshgorod and Akkerman, as well as the search and rescue vessel Donbass will be sent to the naval base in Berdyansk. The sea tug Korets will also be sent there from Ochakov.

Island-class boats Slavyansk and Starobelsk will be relocated from Odesa to Belyary.

In addition, a military base (А1965) of marines from Mykolaiv will be redeployed to Beryadyansk from Mykolaiv. A battalion of surface ships (military base A0937) from Odesa will be redeployed to Belyary.
