The prosecutor’s office began an investigation into the attack on the ship repair plant

As a result of the morning attack of the enemy in Odesa region, the administration building of the ship repair plant, as well as the company’s equipment, were damaged. Four employees were injured.

According to the investigation, on the morning of Monday, October 30, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched rocket attacks on Odesa region. The enemy targeted a ship repair plant in Odesa region.

Under the procedural leadership of the prosecutors of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As a result of the enemy attack, four employees of the enterprise received injuries of varying degrees of severity. Two victims were hospitalized.

The administrative building and equipment of the enterprise were damaged.

“Measures are being carried out aimed at identifying other persons who suffered physical or other damage as a result of being hit by enemy shells. At the scene of the events, the prosecutors, in cooperation with the investigator, are documenting yet another war crime of the Russian Federation,” the prosecutor’s office said.
