The Turkish ship with stolen Ukrainian grain has not already been accepted in two countries

The Turkish ship Sword Lion with a cargo of stolen Ukrainian grain was not accepted in two countries. Dry cargo is trying to find a port of discharge.

The Sword Lion vessel was loaded with stolen Ukrainian grain brought from the ports of occupied Crimea, according to the investigation of the SeaKrime project.

The dry cargo received grain during raid transshipment in the port of Kavkaz from the offending vessel Akubens.

The stolen grain was supposed to be sent to Israel, but in Haifa, after 6 days of waiting, the vessel was never accepted, reported the journalist of “Peacemaker” Kateryna Yaresko.

Sword Lion then went to Cyprus, but the ship was also turned away at the port of Famagusta.

Currently, the cargo ship plans to try to unload stolen Ukrainian grain for the third time. The vessel indicated a new port of destination — Iskenderun (Turkey).

Currently, the Turkish vessel contains grain of Ukrainian origin, which was exported in violation of the state border of Ukraine, without complying with the necessary customs procedures. It is, in fact, contraband. It is possible that the grain is related to Russia’s crimes in the occupied territories of Ukraine (forcible seizure of agricultural products, etc.), but this requires further research.
