The queue to enter the Sulina Channel has increased to 2–3 days

Due to the increase in the number of vessels and bad weather, the waiting time at the entrance to the Sulinsky Canal has increased to approximately 2–3 days.

This was reported by Avalon Shipping Operations Manager Kateryna Kononenko.

According to her, the vessels that arrived at the roadstead on August 10–11 began to enter the canal only on August 14.

Currently, the administration plans to let another 6–8 vessels through the canal. At the same time, vessels heading to Romanian ports have priority.
