Attack on Odesa port: 5 people died

As a result of the impact of a Russian missile on the port infrastructure of Odesa, five people were killed. There are also wounded.

As a result of the Russian attack on the Odesa port on March 6, 5 people died. This was stated by the spokesman of the Navy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk, in a comment to hromadske. 

“Corresponding investigative actions are underway, all the circumstances of this war crime are being established,” Pletenchuk commented.

There are also injured people as a result of the attack. Information about them is being clarified, the speaker explained.

It will be recalled that the Russians attacked the Odesa port during Zelenskyy’s visit.

At the time of the attack, Volodymyr Zelenskyy was in the port together with the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis. According to the Greek Prime Minister, the explosions happened near the politicians.

It will be recalled that at night the Russians again attacked the southern region with Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drones. In particular, the enemy targeted the port infrastructure.
