The port of Chornomorsk accepted three vessels, despite the “naval blockade”
SE “Commercial Seaport Chornomorsk” is operating normally. Now the port handles three vessels with export and import cargo.
On Monday, February 14th, a Mediterranean Sea vessel, which arrived from the Turkish port of Derince, moored at berth No. 28, the press service of the port reports.
The vessel delivered 1,722 cars to Ukraine. According to the plan, its unloading will be completed on the evening of February 15th.
Reference: Mediterranean Sea is a ro-ro vessel under the flag of the Marshall Islands, built in 2010. Deadweight – 12 283 tons.
On February 13th, the vessel Tendra Trader moored at the berth No. 1 of the first cargo district. 62 thousand tons of bentonite will be loaded onto it til February 18th.
Reference: Tendra Trader is a Panama-flagged bulk carrier built in 2020. Deadweight – 63,500 tons.
Also, the Schillplate vessel is being handled at the berth No. 2 of the first cargo district. It is loaded with equipment (crane components) with a total weight of 327 tons. Handling is scheduled to be completed on February 15th.
