In early May, the Ukrainian publication “Telegraf” published two articles on the same day criticizing the terminal concession project in the port of Chornomorsk. Whether the author of both articles was driven by ordinary ignorance or a more cynical motivation — we do not know. However, we want to explain in an accessible way why such concession statements are fake and manipulated.
